About Racial Inequities, Social Justice, Allyship and Creating a More Inclusive Workplace
Due to popular demand, Dr. Joe Mattox and his team of professional psychotherapists, educators, practitioners, and facilitators are offering its innovative virtual Dialogue Circles to companies around the country. The Dialogue Circles foster a forum for employees to engage in important, yet often difficult, conversations about racial injustice and inequities. The recent unjust murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor and numerous others have impacted many of us deeply and powerfully. These terrible events have reminded some of us and revealed to others the pain and devastation racism, injustice, and inequality inflict on our communities across America. We are all feeling intense emotions including anger, fear, frustration, and sadness. Yet, these events have also ignited and empowered people to seek justice and fight for real and lasting social change.
J. Mattox & Associates feels it is essential to provide a platform and safe space for employees to share their stories, experiences, thoughts, and emotions about this pivotal moment in our time.
