Organization culture is comprised of beliefs and values that are then expressed in organizational practices and actions. Based on our decades of experience, we have learned that there is not one type of culture that ensures success for all organizations, a strong culture if misaligned with current strategic imperatives can be a major liability, and culture can be a key competitive differentiator. Based on our decades of experience, we have developed a rigorous, pragmatic approach to culture realignment. This includes partnering with our clients to define and operationalize a “desired culture” needed for future success and sustained viability, conducting a comparative analysis of this desired future culture with the current culture, and applying our “culture realignment roadmap & tool-kit” to implement an action plan for cultivating the desired future culture.
