Our multi-method Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) assessments combine our proprietary web-based survey and selective group interviews to learn how employees perceive and experience the work environment and organization culture. Our in-depth systematic inquiry helps identify key challenges and opportunities for creating a more inclusive and equitable work environment, but most importantly it pinpoints the "key drivers” affecting the workplace experiences of diverse employees. Action strategies can then be targeted at these important priority contributory factors, rather than simply trying to address surface level issues. We also collaborate with organizational leadership to develop and implement a strategic approach to creating a more inclusive and equitable culture positioned to attract, retain, and leverage the talents of diverse employees.
